Domain Name, do you have one in mind?
Does your domain name need to reflect your business? As a rule I would say that it would be a good idea, it helps the user remember the name to the web site.
Pefume Empire tells you that the site sells perfume. So there is a relationship between the site name and the business of the site. But there are exceptions to the rule, www.GoDaddy.com what do they do? Of course, they sell domain names and web hosting.
Also you will need to choose your name carefully, the owners of the site called “Who Represents“ where you can find the name of the agent that represents a celebrity didn’t check their domain name… as it also spells out www.WhorePresents.com.
How do you get a domain name, you need to register a domian at one of the many domain registration sites. I have a collection of domains and all but the Australian websites a registered at www.GoDaddy.com
I personally seem to go along with every thing that is posted in “Domain Names | Making Websites”.
